Notice of Extended Service Upgrade
Scheduled downtime
MrBackup back-end servers will be shutdown for essential maintenance over the period 30 March 2018 to 2 April 2018.
The back-end servers are the long term storage facilities for all archived data. Non-availability will result in temporary suspension of service for all back-end functions, such download of historical archives.
It is expected that the system will be functioning at 100% capacity by Tuesday 3 April 2018 or earlier.
Dates: 30 March 2018 – 2 April 2018
Duration: four days
Impact: non-availability of secondary services
Status: Scheduled, essential
Please note that all archives in storage at the time of this upgrade will not be affected.
