Notice of Extended Service Upgrade
Scheduled downtime

A MrBackup portal server will be shutdown for essential maintenance on Sunday 17 December 2017.

The portal servers are the first contact servers for any incoming backups and non-availability may result in temporary non-connectivity.

The system is designed with auto-failover checks and will resume backups to an available portal server as soon as the service becomes available again.

This upgrade only affects receipt of new backups. It is expected that the system will be functioning at 100% capacity by Monday 18 December 2017 or earlier.

Dates: 17 December 2017

Duration: three hours

Impact: possible disruption of service

Status: Scheduled, essential

Please note that all archives in storage at the time of this upgrade will not be affected.
